Terms of Service

1. The Service

Qubis OS is a hosted, AI-assisted operating layer for a business: members of an organization converse with it, it remembers context the organization gives it, and — where the organization has connected third-party accounts — it can act on those accounts. These terms are an agreement between the operator of the Qubis OS hosted service ("we", "us") and the organization accepting them (the "tenant", "you"), and they cover the hosted service.

2. Accounts and organizations

• An organization is created by its owner, who is responsible for who else gets access and with what role (owner, admin, member, viewer). What each role can do is enforced by the service and shown in the product; granting a role is the owner's or an admin's act, not ours.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what your members tell the service and for keeping account credentials confidential. Sessions are per-person; sharing an account defeats the audit trail the service keeps on your behalf and is not permitted.

3. AI output

The service generates content and proposals with third-party AI models. Model output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and is not professional advice — legal, financial, medical, tax or otherwise. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or acting on it. The service is built so that consequential actions — anything irreversible, anything involving money, anything that leaves the system — require a human's explicit approval inside the product, and an organization can halt all agent activity at any time with the kill switch. Those mechanisms exist to keep a human in the loop; using them is your responsibility.

4. Third-party providers and connectors

• Conversation content is sent to the AI vendors the deployment is configured to use, subject to the per-vendor allow-list your organization controls in Settings — a vendor you have not allowed is not called. The vendors and what they receive are listed in the Privacy Policy.
• Connectors (Google, Slack, and others as added) act on your third-party accounts only after you explicitly authorize them via that provider's own consent flow. Your use of those providers remains governed by their terms; you can revoke a connection at any time in the product or at the provider.

5. Plans, billing and payment

Paid plans are billed as subscriptions processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and never touch Qubis OS. What a plan includes is applied to your organization as entitlements when Stripe confirms the subscription. Prices are shown before you subscribe.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, to infringe others' rights, or to generate or distribute malicious software or content. You may not probe, bypass or interfere with the service's security or another tenant's isolation, resell access without an agreement with us, or use another tenant's data in any way. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe is doing any of these.

7. Your data

Your organization's content — messages, memory, connected-account data — remains yours. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service on it: to store it, to send it to the AI vendors and connectors described above, and to back it up. The Privacy Policy describes what is collected, how it is protected, how long it is kept, and the rights of the people in your organization, including export and deletion. Feedback you choose to send us about the service, we may use without obligation.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided as-is, without a committed service level. We change the service over time; we will not materially reduce what a paid plan includes during a period you have already paid for.

9. Warranties and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, and our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

• You can stop at any time: an owner can export the organization's data and delete the organization, which removes everything scoped to it.
• We may terminate for material breach of these terms, with notice, and will provide a way to export your data after termination unless the law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to these terms

We will notify tenants of material changes to these terms before they take effect.
