Where Qubis posts summaries and questions. Enable every channel your company runs; the primary one is where they go unless an agent is asked to post somewhere specific.

What your agents may do

Every tool each agent can reach. Take one away and the agent stops using it immediately — it says so rather than failing silently, and anything already waiting for your approval will not run either. This is narrower than the stop button in the sidebar: that pauses everything for a while, this withdraws one capability until you give it back. Agents and their tools are what Qubis ships with; you cannot add an agent or hand one agent another's tools here.

Automations

Everything Qubis is plugged into: the accounts it acts through, the AI vendors that may see your content, and the addresses the outside world can call. Connect, check and change it all here.

Connected accounts

Every account Qubis can act through, whether it still works, and which agents use it. Credentials themselves are never shown — only whether they work.

Which providers may we use?

Your content is sent to whichever vendor answers. Tick the ones you allow; an unticked vendor is never called, even where routing would otherwise have gone there. Leave this untouched and the order this deployment configured applies. Jurisdiction is the vendor's stated corporate home, shown for information — we have not verified it, and it does not say where any individual request is processed.

Which vendor first

The order vendors are tried in, for everyone or per agent, whenever the kind of work an agent does offers more than one. It only reorders: it never reaches a vendor you have not allowed above.

Which model answers

By default the cheapest suitable model answers each kind of work, and that stays the recommendation. Pick one here to always use it for that kind of work instead. A model that cannot be picked says why; your vendor choices above still apply.
